Terms and Conditions of Ganjlik Mall’s “10 Years of Gifts” Lottery:

The lottery will be held from 25 October 2026 to 30 January 2027 at Ganjlik Mall Shopping Centre, located in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, through purchases made using cash or cashless payment methods.

General Rules:

For every AZN 100 spent in a single day at Ganjlik Mall Shopping Centre, whether in cash or by cashless payment, participants will receive one lottery ticket entitling them to one entry into the lottery. Purchases made using gift cards are excluded.

Lottery tickets may only be obtained based on purchases totalling AZN 100 made at Ganjlik Mall on the same day. If a receipt from any store or service outlet, including restaurants, contains tobacco products or alcoholic beverages, the value of those products will not count towards the AZN 100 purchase requirement.

To obtain a lottery ticket, participants must present their purchase receipt and an identification document at the Ganjlik Mall Lottery Registration Desk.

Persons under the age of 18, employees of PASHA Malls LLC, and security, cleaning and technical staff working at Ganjlik Mall Shopping Centre are not eligible to participate in the promotional lottery draw.

Participants must be citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan aged 18 or over.

Before awarding a prize, the Organiser will verify the participant’s identification document and confirm that the lottery ticket presented is a winning ticket.

Participants who return purchased products will lose their right to participate in the lottery, and any lottery ticket issued based on the returned purchase will be considered invalid.
